Our sponsors and friends, Joe and Sylvia from Tumbleweed Transportation, are experts in over-the-road transport of aircraft engines.  (Above) Joe delivers Connecticut Corsair's R-4360 engine from Chester, CT to the Westfield International Airshow in Westfield, Mass.  Located next to the Pratt & Whitney VIP tent, the R-4360 display gave visitors a look at the last piston engine developed by PWA and its historical contributions to the security of our country.
(Below) Tumbleweed Transportation moves Connecticut Corsair's R-4360 engine to "show central" for a run before an audience of 232,000 people throughout the weekend.  "Connecticut Corsair" came booming over the loud speaker as the smoke from the pistons clears after engine start.

The Connecticut Corsair exhibit at the Westfield show also included the beautiful R-2800 Double Wasp cutaway engine that fascinates people of all ages.
